The short version

What you own

• Your original musical composition, lyrics, recordings, performances, samples, prompts, descriptions, and other original contributions, to the extent the law recognizes ownership.
• Your original additions to a collaboration or remix, but not another creator’s underlying work or third-party material.
• Your exports of original work. Rights attached to collaborator contributions or third-party material still apply.

The permission Vibe Together needs

We need a narrow service license to save your graph, synchronize a session, process audio, create a listener page, generate a preview, deliver an export, and use vendors that make those features work. That license is non-exclusive and does not let us sell your song, claim royalties, sign it to a label, or release it as our own. Terms of Service

Private drafts, public vibes, and unlisted links

• Live drafts and private libraries are not public by default.
• Public publishing creates an immutable listener page that can appear in discovery, creator profiles, search, and previews.
• Unlisted publishing keeps the vibe out of normal public discovery, but anyone with the link can access it.
• Both public and unlisted published vibes are currently remix-enabled inside Vibe Together.

What a platform remix allows

Publishing gives other users permission to listen, inspect, and build from your published graph inside Vibe Together. It does not give them permission to distribute, monetize, license, sample, or commercially release your underlying work outside the platform. They need your permission for that unless another legal right applies.

Remixers own their original additions as between them and Future Heritage. They do not gain ownership of your source work. Lineage credits help show where a remix came from, but they are not a substitute for a license, split sheet, or collaboration agreement.

Collaborators and splits

Vibe Together can show participation and lineage, but it does not decide who wrote what, collect royalties, register works, or calculate splits. Before a commercial release, collaborators should agree in writing on composition ownership, master ownership, credits, percentages, approvals, and revenue.

Samples, covers, voices, and other rights

You are responsible for having permission to use third-party material. That includes copyrighted compositions and recordings, samples and stems, cover songs, artist names, trademarks, voices, performances, and a person’s name or likeness. Public availability is not the same as permission, and Vibe Together does not run proactive copyright clearance for you. Copyright Policy

AI-assisted work

Vibe Together uses AI for focused creative tools such as sample generation and musical assistance. It is not a replacement for authorship or a prompt-to-song service. Samples generated through tools we mark as approved for project use may be used in your Vibe Together compositions and exports. We do not claim ownership. Audio, voices, or samples you bring from elsewhere remain subject to whatever rights came with them. Future Heritage does not train models on your creator content. Your exports stay yours

If ownership is disputed

Contact the creator when a direct resolution is appropriate. For copyright infringement, use the Copyright Policy. For another policy violation, contact our legal or support channel. We may restrict access while a credible dispute is reviewed, but we do not adjudicate collaborator contracts or royalty splits. Copyright Policy Contact
